I think Evie Wood’s The Last Bookshop would make an interesting movie. Another one that would be good would be God of the Woods.

I always thought the Foundation series would be a good show and was really excited to watch it but haven’t yet. Now that I see there’s going to be 3 seasons I should really dig in!

@nick I didn’t realize Foundation was filmed. You’ll have to let me know what you think when you get around to watching it. I loved the books. Unfortunately, sci-fi is kind of a tough sell in my household.

I think Evie Wood’s books would be a perfect fit for the Hallmark Channel - a little bit of romance, a little bit of magic. I’m sorry that I know that, but believe it or not, my husband likes sappy rom-coms, LOL.

In our house we have the hallmark channel playing from Nov 1st through the beginning of January haha.

Colored Television seems like an obvious one but it would be very meta since it’s about writing for television. I’m actually not sure now whether I did see/hear rumors of that becoming a TV show or if I just made that up, lol. Regardless, that would be fantastic.

Time of the Child by Niall Williams would make a wonderful movie, although it would be hard to top the written words.
