To what audience would you recommend The Seven O’Clock Club? Is there another book or author you feel has a similar theme or style?
I would recommend this book to those who enjoy storylines that are original and “different.” Also, for those readers who enjoy reading books with in-depth character development. I found the book very thought provoking and also very emotional.
Teenagers. I think the characters would appeal to the younger generation based especially on the instant ‘love’ story being so prevalent.
Well it is a character driven book also a bit of a mystery as to why these people were chosen and what they had in common.
Hello, I think I would recommend The Seven O’Clock Club to readers who enjoy reflective, character-driven stories that explore emotions and human connections. It seems like a good choice for people who appreciate contemporary fiction that focuses on personal growth and shared experiences. Readers who enjoy thoughtful and emotional narratives would likely find it engaging. Thanks for reading me!
I’d recommend it to those who enjoy YA romance and fan fiction.
In some ways this book reminded me of one of my favorites, The Time Traveler’s Wife. I think people who like happy ending after their heartbreaking stories would enjoy this novel. Great characters!
I believe this will be a Hit with Book clubs. Lots to talk about, agree it was thought provoking. It could be very emotional for people actually going through the grief process.
Interestingly, I did not see this book as something for teen’s or young adults. I think that a mature adult who likes a plot twist but also great character development and a happy ending would appreciate it more. Many fantastical novels offer much more magic, sex and adventure and would complete for attention from younger adult readers.
