I think Sissy felt what she was doing was the right thing. It’s good to stand up for what you believe in as long as no one gets hurt. I think Jane and Dan were so relieved Sissy was OK they didn’t feel she should be punished.

I think there should have been consequences. I feel there is too much letting people get away with things. I find it sad that we now live in a country where laws are optional. I

I would have liked to see bigger consequences for all their actions. I felt bad for the other people who were in the restaurant and were inconvenienced by this heist. It may have turned out okay for Sissy, Brick and Force of Nature, but not for people who had planned a nice time out. I really don’t think doing the wrong thing is okay. That said, in the fun spirit of the book, I was okay with how it ended. Just would not have wanted to be any part of something like that!

I think the plot was over the top, so in keeping with that, getting away with everything moved the story to its conclusion. I also think terrorist activity, is problematic no matter the cause.

Even though Sissy believed she was doing the right thing, there should have been consequences for her and the rest of her group. They were responsible for wounding someone plus they kept people hostage to prove their point. There are other ways to protest without affecting other people

I wanted to stay in the fantasy that Sissy would not get in Real trouble! But in reality, there should have been more consequences!

With this book you have to accept that the premise and characters are supposed to be non-serious. That way you root for the Force of Nature to get away with the heist because it is a good cause. I definitely felt there should have been bigger consequences! I became frustrated when Jane and Dan moved to protecting Sissy after her identity was discovered, instead of trying to help everyone escape.

I considered this book as a farce, constantly pushing the boundary of reality. This made me ok with them not having any true consequences for their actions, this is fiction. In reality, I would expect and want there to be consequences for holding people hostage and injuring one person.

I thought it was so unrealistic that they had no consequences! In real life they would have been hunted down. It was just top pat an ending. They should have paid a price for their actions.

Yes, Sissy seems to just move on from this experience which she considers justified. In the future, I wouldn’t be surprised if she finds another “social issue” that can be treated the same. I do believe at times she was scared and was in denial about real guns being used. May she did learn her lesson! I don’t believe doing wrong things makes it right. Right now in our political culture lots of wrong things are being done that cause other bad things to happen. Wrong is wrong no matter what!

I was disappointed that Sissy got away with no consequences. Her little life went merrily along, in spite of terrorizing people. No matter the cause, and considering the police expenses in this incident, there should at least be community service. Anyway, it’s fiction. And I did enjoy the yarn. So what do I know?

There should be consequences for Sissy’s actions, I feel like she came out of it without any consequence at all. If not from the police, at least from the parents. Yes she’s technically 18, but she still lives under their rough and she’s still young enough that even a stern talking to, maybe some type of therapy, really should’ve happened after everything.

Yes, sometimes it is ok to do a wrong thing in order for something good to come out of it, absolutely. And sometimes our biggest mistakes can unexpectantly lead to our biggest or best rewards. But again, that is not to say that consequences aren’t warranted.
