I absolutely LOVED this story. I loved all the honest descriptions of just how difficulty but also how rewarding marriage and parenthood can be. I feel like the author said what most of us are thinking and feeling. It is all hard work, but so worth it.
Definitely not a deep book. Had a good premise - one I had not read about before. You need to suspend belief a number of times, but there were some good twists to had also. Would make a good rom-com movie.
I am a big Colleen Oakley fan and absolutely loved this book! I devoured it because the story moved at a brisk pace and was full of twists, turns, and surprising revelations, while also being deeply thought-provoking and emotionally resonant.
