Sorry but nothing comes to mind. Either I don’t recall, which is most likely, or the new terms weren’t memorable to me.

I laughed at Niamh referring to Meera and Daphne as the “sadmin task force.” They were also known as the “Fix the Dead Woman’s Millennial No-Hoper” WhatsApp group.” I also loved the continual reference to her neighbor as “the Wanker.”

My favorite was sadmin for all the reams of paperwork you have to do after someone dies.

The other term I really liked was “floordrobe.” I thought that was really funny.

I didn’t really have a favorite coined term. Instead, I found myself stopping to look up a lot of the expressions Niamh used throughout the book. Words like “owt” were completely unfamiliar to me, so I was more focused on figuring out the meaning of the language than on the new phrases she created.

Me too Jacquelyn, found myself Googling many an odd and end.

Good to hear, I thought I might be the only one having to look up those words!

I had no favorites. I think coining these terms was something that contributed to distancing me from this story.
