Lauren can reset her life more or less at will. What did you think of the way she uses this ability? If you had a day with no consequences, knowing that you could reset your life at the end of it, what would you do?

Lauren’s resets were unrealistic. She seemed irresponsible and heartless. A day with no consequences would mean pizza and ice cream. Yep, that basic for me! :grinning:

I found it humorous that by the time she got to Felix, she knew her experiences would just evaporate with the next husband, so she decided to enjoy the country life & wealth of this husband. I think I have too much doubt about that kind of freedom, so I dont think I would enjoy being able to reset my life.

Lauren was young - she needed to play and experiment. Sometimes she was over the top, but she thought she knew what she wanted. If I were given a day - with no consequences at the end of it - I would go thru as many men as I could. Meet and spend a bit of time with each who descended the ladder. Then send him back for another. Chances of meeting Mr Right would be nil to nonexistent - but it would be fun while it lasted.

I thought it was fun at first how she reset her life. Eventually, I realized how selfish she was. I’m not sure that I would reset my life so quickly when something didn’t go my way. I like learning from mistakes and seeing how tomorrow can change things. When you reset your life quickly, you would miss out on those experiences.

I think I would try it once or twice, but not to the extent that Lauren did. At some point, we need to be content with our life. The grass always looks greener on the other side, but rarely is.

I lived vicariously through Lauren’s resets, because I have a feeling I would have been just as selfish and silly with my choices. I find the idea of being able to splurge on dreams and then reset to be extremely appealing. I would probably use the opportunity to do a lot of travel, so perhaps I’d like Bohai’s power more!

I think she was very aimless and irresponsible. Me, I’d spend the day in bed with ice cream and a good book, but not this one

I would like to reset a day or days of my life but only if that meant I could undo something I should not have done or prevented something else from happening. Think of all those times when you have said to yourself something along the lines of, “If I could only turn the clock back 10 seconds…” It is hard to wrap your head around such a hypothetical situation that could never happen, but how life could be different if you could!.

I think I would “try out” some different men, some different lifestyles. Maybe not as many as Lauren did!

I think I would do the same thing, but I would make more use of my unlimited resources and options than Lauren was doing - I would go out more, eat out more, go to events, spas, travel, tell people what I thought and how I felt…
