Yes, I would remain. If I confronted the scene I would be curious, but not to the point of snooping.
No I would have been concerned and would have left if possible for my own safety.
If I had confronted such a viewing, I would not have stayed there and submitted by resignation immediately. I may be adventuresome in my reading, but not in life. I am not into creepy!!!
