How do you feel about the relationship between Sally and Andrew at the end?

I though it was wonderful just sorry it took so long for them to find their way back to each other… especially now with Sally having dementia. I especially loved that Ella was able to look beyond her initial feelings and brought the couple together.

I was happy for them but also sad. When Sally’s husband died, she should have responded to his letters. I felt that she was punishing herself by not doing so. I think she thought it would confirm to Ella that she cheated, although she didn’t! Why not just tell the truth and move on?

I was really happy they were able to reconnect. And glad that Ella welcomed this new/old relationship. I was sorry Sally had not responded to Andrew – they missed so much.

I also agree with Marcia. So glad they were able to connect after all those years but wish Sally had reached out on her own sooner.

I thought it was wonderful that they were able to connect at the end. Ella came to terms with what really happened between her parents and appreciated that they could be together.

I felt sad because they missed out on years of the possibility of a loving and meaningful relationship.

I felt sad for Sally, she gave up so much for her daughter. However, what’s that old saying. . . better late than never! Perhaps that saying applies to Andrew and Sally???
