Callum portrays himself as not needing these meetings, and yet he's the first one of the group to suggest spending time together outside of therapy. Did you see this as Callum looking for connection, or a way for him to hide behind his party persona?

I didn’t feel like he was trying to hide behind his party persona. It felt more likely that he was looking for connection.

I think Callum was looking for friends that liked him for himself and not his fame and money. He had emotionally started to connect with these women and wanted it to continue.

I think he was looking for friends and was enjoying the time with these women. He needed them so he would not go back to his old habits.

I agree with all the comments already made. Because everyone had shown vulnerability it allowed Callum to interact with them differently because they were outside the world where he felt like he needed to protect himself

Agreed, I felt like he was desperate to make real connections with people.

I think that Callum was extremely lonely and wanted or needed some companionship. There’s a term called Touch Starved where you have no physical human touch, but i feel like Callum had the opposite. He may be getting physical touch, but his mind and emotions were not being served in his current lifestyle.

I am still deciding if I found Callum’s character believable. Given his lifestyle, he seemed to adjust a little too quickly.
