I could easily be in the background and never be acknowledged for my effort. Self satisfaction is more important to me. And there is the issue of payment - your skills could be very lucrative - with or without public acknowledgement.

I wouldn’t mind being a ghostwriter. I think the research and learning a person’s story would be interesting.

Hmmm… I think if I’m going to put in all the work on the research and actual writing I would want SOME sort of credit. But I wouldn’t want to be the star. I certainly wouldn’t want the responsibility of promoting anything, etc.
