@Lisa_B3 if a library has a subscription it’s usually available on the library’s website after the patron logs in. The link can be hard to find, so you should ask your librarian if you don’t see it.
Also, keep in mind BookBrowse has free memberships available. They don’t give you access to everything but at the very least you’d still be able to access the Forum.
I finished Peach Blossom Spring. A famiky saga set in China and Taiwan during the Japanese occupation and subsequent civil war. I enjoyed it. On to Stationery Shop next
Kim as dedicated reviewer with BB, can you have BB staff follow up with @Lisa_B3 to see if she can continue to participate. She is housebound and books are her life.I’ve have no idea where she lives, but I do feel books are the most positive part of her life. If we find no other solution I would be happy to gift her another year, if that is possible. Let’s spread some kindness!

.As most of you know I’ve been plugging away with John of John and because of some our encouraging posts, I’ve continued to read on. It’s one of the bonuses I treasure about this forum. And as I am getting to the end I need to say thank you for Connie’s encouragement, I am finally feeling better about this sad story.
Way to go @Carol_N. I loved John of John but didn’t want to pile on when you were struggling with it. I’m glad you are about to prevail and feeling good about it.
