I just finished listening to the audiobook version of The Frozen River and really enjoyed the book. Kept my attention the entire way through. Am now listening to You Like It Darker by Stephen King. He always has interesting readers for his audiobooks.

I picked up Clear on a whim and am so glad I did. It is an endearing short read. Great way to wrap up the year.

I really found Clear enchanting. How the two men established a rapport with no common language was really beautiful. I didn’t love the ending but thought it was appropriate.

Agree about the ending - I didn’t love it. The ending felt too abrupt and not overly realistic.

That one’s been on my TBR for a while, @Anna_Robinson. What did you think of it?

Argh… Clear hasn’t been on my radar but I guess I need to add it to my TBR!

Almost done with After the ocean by Lauren E. Rico - I’ll be done before midnight (2025)
