Overall, what did you think of The Hunter’s Daughter? (No spoilers in this thread, please!)

I enjoyed the book but it wasn’t something I couldn’t put down. I didn’t particularly like Anna and the fact that she fluctuated between good and bad.

I loved the book - right up my alley, because I enjoy creepy and somewhat disturbing. And I thought the author did a good job of not overloading the story with supernatural elements, like the forest god, etc. It was one of the better thrillers I have read recently. I plan to read the next one in the series and hope there are more.

I really enjoyed The Hunter’s Daughter. It moved fast and while disturbing at times, it was just the right amount to provide intrigue and mystery. I do feel like the ending could have been better, as it feels like the author just needed to close up the story quickly. It does not detract from the novel.
