Yes! I read Take My Hand also. Another history I really knew nothing about.
I enjoyed the story, but I was probably predisposed to liking it since I live very close to the place described in the book. Our book club had one of the two persons who worked with the author to understand the facts. While the author took certain liberties since little is know of some or the people who lived in the kingdom. It is surprising how much is known.
